✷ What is the difference between tracked shipping and untracked shipping? ✷ : Tracked shipping ensures your package is tracked and gives you a tracking number to follow the trajectory of your package. Untracked is via letter mail. Therefore, if you select untracked, I am not responsible if the parcel gets lost.

✷ Do you accept custom projects? ✷ : I sometimes do, when I feel like taking on a special project. I usually prioritize collections for artistic creativity reasons, but I love to take on custom projects for special occasions such as weddings, graduations, events, etc. Message me on Instagram via DM or via email, and let’s talk.

✷ If I am accepted for a custom, what is the delay? ✷ : The delay for customs are approximately 2-6 weeks to make (depending on the project) + the time in the mail ( +/- 5-10 days.) 

✷ What is a sliding scale & when can I use it?✷ : Sliding scale prices are a way to make items more accessible. It is extending the price range. For instance, a sliding scale could look like the following: 30-45$. I recommend that low-income people go on the lower side of the scale. If you have more disposable income and can pay the total price, I recommend paying the full price, which is the higher side of the scale. It is a tool for accessibility.
